Colombia Ildefonso Cordoba Pink Bourbon

It’s back again, an Elevator favorite! An excellent example of the highly sought after pink bourbon variety popular on competition stages the past few years. This coffee is complex, dense, and sweet. Despite it’s name, the pink bourbon is actually a variety more closely related to landrace Ethiopian coffee.

Expect some floral and bright citrus notes combined with a medium body and a nice chocolatey finish.
