2023 Elevator Coffee Transparency Report

Elevator Coffee is committed to purchasing quality coffee at prices that are fair for the farmer and being transparent about the price we pay. The prices listed do not include shipping or storage costs. 100 percent of coffee purchased and sold by Elevator Coffee in 2023 is listed below. During 2023 C-market prices ranged from a low of $1.45 and a high of $1.96.

Coffee pricing is complex and multifaceted, and sharing what we paid is an incomplete picture, but we believe in sharing the data we have available, hoping that will embolden others to do the same, with the ultimate goal of getting producers fairer pay for their excellent work.)

As a part of our commitment, we have signed the pledge to become a member of the transparency.coffee community. We pledge that we will not reduce our transparency reporting in the future, and are subject to peer review. Our goal is to: work towards increasing overall transparency at each step in the supply chain, improve wages paid to producers and farmers, and encourage other roasters to sign onto the pledge.
