Coffee description: notes of caramel, raspberry, & cocoa are prominent. Complex sugars are evident on the aromatics and finishing cup. A subtle citric acidity gives hints of raspberry and orange. Nice dark chocolate tendencies on the cooling cup. This coffee brews superbly using any method: drip, cold brew, espresso or french press, all taste fantastic.  Producer Micheal Holm-Johanessen, founded San Julian in 2001

Green coffee transparency: 600lbs @ $4.67/lb, August 2021 (Commodity coffee price: $1.95/lb. Why is this important? Coffee pricing is complex and multifaceted, and sharing what we paid is an incomplete picture, but we believe in sharing the data we have available, hoping that will embolden others to do the same, with the ultimate goal of getting producers fairer pay for their excellent work.)
