Coffee description: In typical elevator numbering, the ground floor is the main entrance level. Our year-round signature blend is the perfect introduction to our coffees - approachable and easy to brew - this coffee is our go-to espresso option, but also excels as drip or cold brew! The components of this coffee change seasonally.

Notes of chocolate, walnut & cherry. Coffee has a pleasant caramel like sweetness and a citric acidity presenting as cherry and orange. This coffee has a fairly balanced overall profile with a nuttyness and chocolate notes rounding out the cup. 

Components: South and Central America, the components change seasonally. 

Currently: Colombia Asobombo and Guatemala La Morena

Processing: Fully Washed
